Use positive self-talk.

Look for the “good” in the moment.

Take some deep breaths.

Use calming visualization.

Focus on right now.

Draw or write how you are feeling.

Question your thoughts

  •      Is this true?
  •      How can I handle this?
  •      Whom can I ask?

Ask for help.
