A parent/guardian of CPAVTS students must notify BOTH MASH & CPAVTS of a daily absence. 

Please notify CPAVTS by emailing Email CPAVTS or by calling Michele Kelly at 717-697-0354 ext. 108. 

If calling, a written note must be received within 3 days of the student’s absence to deem the absence “Excused”.  Again, an email can serve as a “written note”, as well as the Standard Excuse Blank available under the Attendance Form Link or a hand written note from home.
