Welcome to Mechanicsburg Middle School School Counseling Department
Olivia K. Erb, M.Ed.
8th grade School Counselor-Class of 2031

I am excited to be part of the MMS community for another year! While this is my second year at MMS, it marks my fifth year as a school counselor. I am originally from Williamsport, PA, and earned my bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University and my master's degree in School Counseling from Messiah University.

I look forward to supporting our students as they grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Middle school is an important time, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence, develop positive relationships, and navigate challenges. I am thrilled to be a Wildcat and look forward to continuing to work with and support our students throughout their time at MMS.
