Emily J. Sutton, M.Ed.
6th grade School Counselor-Class of 2033

I am so excited to be joining the MMS community as a school counselor! As the child of a Marine Corps service member, I had the unique opportunity to grow up in many different places, both across the United States and overseas. While I was born in North Carolina, I have proudly called Pennsylvania home for more than a decade and have loved becoming part of this wonderful community.

I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from Lebanon Valley College before completing my master's degree in School Counseling at Shippensburg University. When I'm not at school, you'll most likely find me spending time with my incredibly grumpy cat, Penelope. I currently live in Hanover, where you can sometimes catch the smell of fresh pretzels while driving past the Utz and Snyder's factories - Hanover is known as "Snack Town," after all!

Middle school is an exciting time filled with new experiences, challenges, and opportunities. I am honored to be your child's school counselor and look forward to supporting students and families throughout this important chapter.
