Hello! My name is Mr. Petrillo and I am ecstatic to be your 8th Grade Physical Science teacher! This will be my fourth year here at Mechanicsburg Middle School.

Although I am teaching science, I enjoy MANY things outside of the classroom! I enjoy being outdoors and staying active. I have been on many outdoor adventures including two trips to California, a trip to Arizona and various trips up and down the East Coast.  My favorite outdoor activities are hiking, camping, hammocking, and playing sports.  A close second preferred activity of mine is hanging out with my Golden Retriever, Charlie Bohm! (Named after Phillies players!)

I have wanted to be a teacher ever since I was in middle school. I had multiple teachers who showed me the importance of education. I am so excited to help you understand the importance of learning.
